A username in any other format is not a log-in for this study. ** Confirm selection — if you signed up for one of these roles, the designated lead must first select you on REDCap. Contact them to confirm this is complete. Multiple people may register for the same position and not everyone can be selected. If you registered as hospital lead and were not selected, you may be a co-lead or a local collaborator. If you registered as co-lead and were not selected, you will be placed as a local collaborator. Check with your hospital lead in either case.
